We have been challenged during our online meetings to spend time with the Lord and discuss how we make time during our busy week.
Now is the time that we restore our intimacy with the Lord, the enemy’s plan is to kill, steal and destroy all intimate relationships. Most importantly our relationship with the Lord.
It is God’s plan to restore us and make us strong, steady and secure in him. Spending time with God allows Him to breathe life into us, in his presence their is fullness of joy.
Today, find a place where you can sit and be with God, meet with Him daily, even throughout your day and night. Listen to worship music, instrumental is a good place to start, clear your thoughts. Remove all ‘Do Not Enter’ signs or struggles, pulling you away from His intimacy those struggles the household chores, jobs, study, social media, T.V, family etc.
Take time to sit and invite Jesus to speak to you and listen to what Father speaks to your heart. Wait for Him, don’t rush, just receive his care and comfort. Time in his presence will fill you with peace, joy, hope, and so much more than what the world can offer.
Obey what he speaks to your heart, from this place of intimacy, He will share His truth and that truth will set you free.
